Modern Workspace
At the end of 2023, we moved from the CHIC (Charlottenburger Innovations-Centrum) to our new office on Friedrichstraße. Following the renovation, a modern workspace has been created with clearly defined areas for focused work, collaboration, and workshops. The rooms are bright, functional, and designed for contemporary teamwork.
A space with history
Splendid Hotel
The Splendid Hotel was a well-known Berlin hotel from the Wilhelmine era in Berlin-Mitte (Dorotheenstraße 92/93, now 37). It existed from 1904 to 1918 and was renamed "Schloß-Hotel" in 1914 for wartime reasons. The neo-baroque building with Art Nouveau elements is a listed landmark. The building later served as an office location for, among others, Rote Hilfe and a GDR bank, and was renovated after 1990.

Friedrichstraße is one of Berlin's most famous streets, connecting central locations in Mitte — from the Friedrichstadtpalast to Checkpoint Charlie. It is considered a historically significant axis of great transformation, where culture, politics, business, and city life all converge.
