In Copy Workshops, we work collaboratively on specific texts—focusing on sharpening the language, making it more understandable, and bringing it into a unified line. Unlike tone of voice development, the focus here is not on strategic attitude but on practical execution: Which phrasing carries more weight? How can messages be shortened, structured more clearly, or designed to provide direct support to users? Decisions are made transparently as a team and firmly anchored in the language of the product.
