Description
Copy tests examine whether texts within a product are understood and achieve their intended effect. During usability testing, we observe how people react to specific phrasing: Is the next step easy to find? Do questions or misunderstandings arise? Does the tone feel appropriate? Based on these insights, texts are purposefully refined until they provide clear guidance and enhance the overall user experience.
