Retrospective Analysis
Description
Good processes are created when experience is reflected. In Retrospective Analysis, we look back at the course of the project together and make visible what has had an effect and where friction has arisen. The goal is not evaluation, but learning: Which decisions have supported or slowed down, and what is needed so that future projects can run more clearly, more focused and more effectively. In this way, experience becomes creative potential.
